How to Prepare for a Job Interview?

Interviews, whereby employers can know your personality, interests, your purpose, and goals in life, you and your skills are no longer limited to paper. Interviews are a unique opportunity to put yourself in the figure of an employer. Basically, this is one of your chances to present yourself directly to the employer, whereby you get the opportunity to explain to the employer with specific examples why you are qualified for the position. On the other hand, the employer has the opportunity to verify you thoroughly through the interview. So if you do not present yourself in the right way during the meeting, you have the potential to become a failure even if you have the talent. And the importance of proper preparation to present yourself successfully and adequately is unacceptable. So let's not know how to prepare for a successful interview.

Why the interview?

Proper preparation is possible only when you know why you are preparing, what you are taking for, and what you are presenting yourself to. If you know these things, then preparing for an interview is as easy as showing yourself fluently and efficiently.

  • Whether you have the same ideas about your goals, objectives, abilities, and weaknesses
  • Whether the candidate has ideas about the interviewed post
  • Whether the candidate is helpful or capable of proving that the skill, qualification helps fulfill the goals of the institution
  • Whether confident
  • Whether you can speak of your ability through previous experience and specific evidence
  • Whether to qualify for the relevant position

Employers seek answers to these questions throughout the interview, so by explaining your qualifications and skills, which should tell why you think you fit for the position.

The three prerequisites to being successful at Job Interviews

1. Overcome Fear

Overcome fear. It can never let you win if you cannot overcome the fear that is in your mind. With hundreds of qualifications, you will see that you are losing. Because fear is losing you. Holding you in the throes of unnecessary anxiety. To conquer the fear, not the concern. Believe in yourself. Tell them you can. If you do not get a job, nothing more. Tell yourself three things to overcome the needless fear.

  • You're not going to fall into a tiger cage.
  • Not everyone in the world knows everything, there are many things you will know, but employers do not know.
  • Have nothing to lose; either you win or you learn.

Also, arrive at the interview place 5 minutes before the interview day for fear, the dry throat can actually drink water from the pon. Before entering the interview room, do not drink any water from the employers. You can enter the interview with a lot of fear and ease. Remember, you are afraid you lose, so conquer fear is your success.

2. Practice, Practice & Practice

Practice, practice and practice, the importance of training for a good interview is unacceptable, so practice, as much exercise as possible before going to the conversation, make yourself as right as you can in the discussion. Practice standing in front of a mirror. How you talk, look at your expressions well, see if you can satisfy yourself, try to fix it if you catch a mistake in your eyes. Then stand in front of the mirror and do a shadow interview, practice this. Disrupting your inner self so that you can more easily position yourself during the interview. You can take the help of your friends to give your practice just a little more. Arrange a shadow interview with them, ask if your expression, a neurological impairment, has been revealed in your eyes because even with your words, you can express confidence. Add a little more dimension to the preparation, you can video your expressions, see for yourself where you are going wrong, ask others' opinions, and make your own accordingly. Keeping in mind that a proper preparation paves the way for a good interview.

3. No Daydream

Never think that you will get the job you want through an interview, it is just the beginning, think of the conversation anyway, you will be successful in two ways, you will not get the job or learn something new that you will do better in the next interview. Ray gives.

Do these things before the Interview Day.
